No personally identifiable information is gathered from the application by default. There are two exceptions. 1. If you explicitly opt into turning on Cloud Sync (off by default), your entries will be uploaded to an encrypted Google Cloud Storage bucket via Firebase and tied to your Google or Apple account. 2. If you explicitly opt into allowing "tracking" in the onboard (off by default), your phone identifier (IDFA) will be collected and shared with our advertising partners to attribute your install.
We also use Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel Analytics, Google Play Data, and Apple App Store Data to collect anonymous aggregate data. These analytics gather information that can help us improve the app such as amount of time spent on a page across all users, how often users return to the application in general, and which parts of the app are most viewed by all users.
We do NOT sell your personal data to anyone, including data brokers.
Inquiry Health LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the CBT Thought Diary mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Service: Service is the CBT Thought Diary mobile application operated by Inquiry Health LLC

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
European Union Information
Personal information gathered in the application and subject to the new GDPR rules apply to Pro Mode subscription users who user the Cloud Sync feature in the European Union.
Here are your rights under the law:
Right of access: If you ask us, we will confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information and, if so, provide you with a copy of that Personal Information (along with certain other details).
Right to rectification: If your Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to have it rectified or completed. If we have shared your Personal Information with others, we will tell them about the rectification where possible. If you ask us, where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Information so that you can contact them directly.
Right to erasure: You may ask us to delete or remove your Personal Information in some circumstances, such as where we no longer need it or you withdraw your consent. If we have shared your data with others, we will tell them about the erasure where possible. If you ask us, where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Information so that you can contact them directly.
Right to restrict processing: You may ask us to restrict or ‘block’ the processing of your Personal Information in certain circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of that Personal Information or object to us processing it. We will tell you before we lift any restriction on processing. If we have shared your Personal Information with others, we will tell them about the restriction where possible. If you ask us, where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Information so that you can contact them directly.
